♥Follow the theme or you are disqualified from that particular contest

♥ Dont make any vulgar or nasty layouts if i find the layout innapropriate you are disqualified.

1st- You get a banner or icon saying you won 1st, might use your layout on my site (i most likely wont so please dont get mad, it takes a lot of work to change custom module layouts, and if the winner only makes reg layouts it wouldnt be fair cuz i couldnt use it, i need the extra module space, im sry!!!!), i will subscribe, vote for you 3 times each day that week, put your button on my site, and you go into the hall of fame.

2nd- You get a banner or icon saying you won 2nd, i will subscribe, vote for you 5 times that week, and put your button on my site.
